2012 Rosé
The effortless vivacity of Rosé can be very deceptive. Making a great Rosé is one of winemaking’s true challenges and demands the very best of our vineyards and ourselves each vintage.
We choose to use Grenache only from old, dry grown, low yielding bush vines. Their tiny bunches produce the delicious soft berry fruits and balancing acidity we highly prize when making our Rosé. Once the fruit is harvested, it needs an eye to detail and watchful winemaking to ensure we create a wine of clarity and excellent structure.
