Wigan Riesling
The colour is a bright lemon with green tinges. The bouquet is classical Eden Valley lime and it is showing the first hints of toastiness as a result of time in the bottle. The palate is still remarkably youthful with fresh racy acidity and a honeyed deepening on the middle palate.

Margaret Semillon
The colour is a delicate gold with a green tinge. The bouquet is restrained with hints of lemon flower and bees wax. It is a zesty wine with tight mineral acidity. This is our best Semillon of vintage and is a limited release.

Eight Songs Shiraz
The colour is beautiful dark cherry with a rich garnet rim. The nose is all deep chocolate and dark forest fruits, with some spicy notes. The palate is richly opulent, beautifully structured with layered fully integrated tannins, supporting the depth of fruit. It is a limited edition Barossa Shiraz from low-yielding vineyards.

Mentor Cabernet
The colour is an intense brooding blackness with touches of purple at the rim. The nose is an opulence of classical Barossa Cabernet blackcurrants and violets. A great generosity of flavour and velvet fruit reined in by the fine chalky tannins on the finish.
